When you try to launch Premiere Pro, you see the following error message:
Adobe Premiere Pro Startup Error
'An unknown error occurred while saving the project. Select 'Save As' from the File menu to save the project to a new location.' It's fine if I Save As (with a new file name). The problem is, I don't want to keep saving as a new file as I need to Dynamically Link the project into After Effects. If you are working on a user account within a domain, disconnect the system from the domain network by removing the network cable and turning off the wifi connection. Start Premiere Pro again.
Verify whether Premiere Pro has not been listed as one of the blocked programs in both the Windows firewall as well as the antivirus programs. If it is, add an exception in both locations.
